Real estate photography pricing in Florida is a fog of add-ons: photos priced here, drone there, a 3D tour from a third vendor, rush fees on top. Comparing quotes becomes an afternoon of spreadsheet archaeology.
We publish our rate card. Here is how listing media pricing actually breaks down, and what to check before you compare numbers.
The three pricing models you will meet
- A la carte: a cheap headline price, then $150 to $250 in add-ons for drone, tour, and video
- Hourly: common with generalist photographers; fine for portraits, bad for listings
- Flat package: one price, defined deliverables, defined square footage. This is what ipixx does.
What ipixx charges
Every package covers up to 2,500 sq ft and includes a property webpage. Sessions run from $150 for a Mini VIEW (15 photos with MLS-compliant hosting) to $475 for the Ultimate Session: 60 to 80 sequenced photos, 10 drone photos, drone video, a cinematic listing video, a true Matterport 3D tour with dollhouse view and virtual floor plan, live 360 panoramas, social teasers, and MLS-compliant hosting.
Add-ons are flat too: $50 virtual twilight, $150 true twilight session, $125 per additional 1,000 sq ft. Partner Program members save $125 on every session for a $50 annual membership.
Questions that keep quotes honest
- What square footage does the base price cover?
- Is the 3D tour a true Matterport, or a panorama viewer?
- Is drone video included, or photos only?
- What is the delivery time, and is fast delivery an upcharge?
The full rate card is on the pricing page: published prices, delivered in 24 hours, from Miami to Jacksonville.
